Thank you for posting that screen print. Now I think that I understand why I didn't get filled on my order to buy 70K @ 0.052.
It was an "ALL OR NOTHING" order. I learned from past experience with Ameritrade to make orders for pennies "AON" because in the past (on day orders only) they would get me partial fills on a few thousand shares of penny stocks and the commission would end up being a very expensive % of the transaction. Do those small volume trades represent manipulation by the MMs?
