I have not seen that info. However... I thought of two possiblities when you mentioned it.
1. They may be using this other firm for the year end audited financials.
2. Maybe they fired the other one for not paying those taxes on time??

I dont know... first I heard about them changing accounting firms. Can you post a link Pockets?
