Indeed; who would fund a campaign that large and still be able to turn bucks on it? Only someone who has a large (read almost unlimited) supply. 250,000.00 divided by 10 cents a share (at current levels) means that someone has to be holding at least 2.5 million shares just to break even, and substantially more (probably at least an equal amount) to really make a profit. So the burning question is: who could possibly put there hands on at least 5 million shares????? Who???? Hmm.... I wonder!

I'll let common sense speak for itself as to who has so many shares as to make it worthwhile to pay out all that money in order to create the volume we've been seeing here in order to sell into.
