not a scam, cause if it were it would be a shell and an atty. already verified its not a shell, just cause you dont like the restructuring for the betterment of the company, well nothing I can do about that. their were alot of people who got burned by the big financial that did a R?S last year, but thats why they hired the cfo last year to help restructure so the company could move forward, now they have a great share structure and a business plan I like. the funny thing about pinks is the people who lost more money than they could afford because they didnt understand startup companies or companies transitioning post for years about what happened before, remember warren buffet says never look to the past for investing always look to the future otherwise every stock that ever went down would never go up.
