I emailed Steve today, and below are some of his responses in part:

In reference to shareholder sentiment (specifically Ihub posters):
"... we told everyone repeatedly that we expected revenue to begin, around the end of the year, and I’ll be darn if that has not happened… If people liked or didn’t, We can’t control that, But I received many congratulations. Let me repeat, revenue began…. Only one way to feel about that…. “Keep it up”… IMO."
"You can’t help the shareholder sentiment… And I would warn you that if you get your sentiment reading from a single source, I would bet I have many more positive responses of late… We began revenues… That significant milestone was appreciated by many people who sent in a little note of support.. "
"Well as long as people think critically, it’s OK because wrong is usually eventually found out to be wrong, however, getting all your angst from a group who has not invested or traded to their benefit successfully, WILL seriously skew your original reasons for liking the space and the solution we have delivered, successfully…"

In reference to the details of the contract (I asked if he could give specific details and he couldn't):
"Host has our contract, they have not returned it, and that remains the same until the Customer acts… But I AM filing the TV up with advertising. You could also look at the glass half full… We are selling advertising on the system. Executing the business plan, most on our own foreseen schedule."

In reference to the deal being multi-hotel:
"I suggest to start thinking bigger, although Host has about 126 properties, many other organization have access to 500-600-1000 hotel properties… Lots of business out there, but we cut our teeth here, and Host we forever be known as the REIT Company who changed everything…. "

In reference to Roger replacing Phil:
"First of all no one can replace Phil… Roger’s area is advertising, not sales of systems to hotels, so there is zero correlation there… "

In reference to the new slogan "SHOW ME THE CONTRACT":
"Great slogan… I understand, but this reminds me of the story where Liz Taylor, in here “carb days,” stands in front of the microwave screaming, “HURRY UP!” LOL."
