AllState Insurance updates site with PhoneGuard info?!

YESTERDAY, when I entered "phoneguard" into their search box, I got back one result, whose link takes me to their Contact Us page. I was thinking maybe they know something about it, and wants the customer to directly contact them, hence linking to the Contact Us page.

TODAY, I entered "phoneguard" again, but now got TWO results. And the 2nd link takes me to a page with a short article that mentions PhoneGuard and distracted driving. I don't know how recent this article is because there is no date reference. BUT I hoping that this means AllState is currently updating their content, and again, is going to have some ties with PhoneGuard...
Do any of you remember seeing this article before??
