As has been Hashed and Rehashed for about a year; an Injunction requires a Bond to the Court based on the amount of CLAIMED DAMAGES!! I have no Idea how much the claimed damages from Infringement would be, nor do I know, off the top of my head, the ratio of the bond to the amount of damages. What we do know, it would be an enormous amount of money tied up for an unknown period, when GERS needs all the cash they can scrape up for Installation costs of Equipment for their new and anticipated contracts. Not to mention everyone's Obsession, Debt Reduction.
Now, I'm down to Four Posts, so even though any or all say some more really Dumb Things, I probably won't respond! On another subject, someone said their Droid malfunctioned. Just before close, my MiFi blew the connection I had all day and now I see GERS at .15 and indications not yet checked out because my Time and Sales Chart on Scottrader blew, that the Trade was a half hour or more after close.Anyone else have computer woes as well??

EDIT: Yes, I DO have a suspicious Mind!! I had 35 years in Govt. Federal. Then I managed a Real Estate Firm. I have had a lot of experience with Crooks and Sneaks!! I really feel at home Here! MOO
