If he has broken the law why don't you contact the SEC or some other law enforcement agency and file charges against him. Exactly because he has not broken any law. Did you invest on his watch or previously. He and Bev made an effort and right now in the eyes of many it appears he has failed but the story has not completely unfolded as of yet.
How will you feel if the other shoe finally drops and all is not lost. I am not saying it will have a happy ending or even an ending but man you are burning a guy at the stake that only had all of our best interest at heart. He is not off living some dream life with our money. I am sure he has lost a bundle on this too.
If you can prove he has all of our money then let me be the first in line to see that he is punished to the full extent......
