I agree with you on the excessive PR front. Sometimes too many PR's can be seen as a company trying to pump the stock. I don't think this is the case here. As far as the placement of stocks for M&A goes. The announced at least a year or so ago that they would be buying back shares and retiring them. I hope they don't dilute our value to acquire any thing. We will have to just wait and see.
