Imagine how the people who sold based on false baseless negative hype feel?
So much better than the poor people who bought in at $1, or $2 on all the positive hype that did not warn of all the share selling.
These people, if they did not already sell for huge losses of their capital, are still holding the bag just HOPEING that some of these positives will outweigh the negatives to get the share price up high enough for them to break even.
That is a MUCH WORSE position to be in than someone seeing it go up 10 to 15 cents when you did not buy in at the low due to caution. With that, you just did not make money on the start of the run.
However, the others who got in because of unfounded hype have actually LOST loads of money. Much, MUCH worse situation.
