Lots of people (not rich) in Latin America are completely unable to get bank accounts. The Pay-Pro system will allow them to keep funds in an account with security and ease of payment. All of the stores in Cities throughout Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama, and even Nicaragua except credit cards for payments. But with out bank accounts, the local people cannot even get Credit cards or Debit Cards. I could see the Pay-Pro system being a HUGE business in the Latin Countries along with people in USA who do not have legal status. Lots of UPside at these bargain prices ;)
