As an SFIO long term investor attempting to find a positive twist to all this inactivity as we see it and the beating up that SFIO has endured from the nansayers, is it possible, just looooooong shot possible that perhaps while SFIO sits in "limbo", as an E-cig, it is actually benefiting from all the advertising on which other E-cig companies are spending money . I know, I KNOW! it doesn't advertise REAL but because the industry as a whole is still in it's infancy let's let the others introduce to the world on their dime a new way of smoking and then perhaps after a certain infiltration of E-cigs into the market then SFIO comes charging in on a white horse then advertising a "NEW" new way to smoke unimpeded by bureaucracies and policies and laws because it is a revolutionary technology that is vaporless and smokeless.
