Again, I have doubts especially with business developments and near term posibilities. Why would anyone -- especially a MM subject themselves to a huge liability at under 5 cents..? STM Investments II is a misprint & should be JTM Investments II. I know as fact that this person is not a seller and has directed new buying at these levels. A 144 registration statement is good for 90 days giving the option to sell or not. Simple paper process to registar 144 stock and extend the filing after 90 days.....My Best....
