Please study post #56467, and you will understand why the pps can go up or down regardless of how many shares are considered a buy vs sell.

There were two transactions today that were .0096. Assuming everything else constant, If those two transactions happened to be over .01, then there would have been 4 times more sells than buys today. You have to understand the way buys and sells are recorded.
