over the decades i have made an awful lot of money buying junk. i bought every major electric utility co. when they were nearly ch 11 and this included cincinnatti gas and electric as well as pub service of indiana and in the end more exotic cars showed up in my lloyd harbor house on fiddlers green. some were a loss you cant win all the time but when oxford and every other health care co went to nothing i scooped them up and held and yes more boats planes and cool watches like patek and vach showed up. this is a great speculation because its so crooked and just whacked. yes normal common sense says they are 95 bucks a share in the whole but this is the usa where nothing makes sense. the terminator is the governor of calif and mr obama is our cheif. who knows s. this is a speculation. it may go it may not. you buy a few million shares and you take a shot. this is one risky play not for blue collar guys looking for an ira investment. a person buying this horse crap should be warned this is for someone who can afford to sustain the total loss of his investment. no more no less. most of the houses they will in time foreclose and rent out are not legal to do so but htey are all crooks . rockerfeller was the biggest crook we ever had did he go to jail no he and his crooked family now own half the usa. but hey its america you gotta love it. so if you dont like the stock dont own it or sell it short if you can. these days i dont own much. mostly i buy real estate now. i guess im a modern carpet bagger. im buying all the homes of the folks who beat me up as a child and made fun of my poor mom and dad with their ford pinto washing dishes and me on free lunch and food stamps. now i have the last laff and the best of all. i can buy their home for about 45 cents on the dollar and rent it back to the same poor souls i stole it form all nice and legal . fannie is a pisser. honestly most likely it iwll go belly up its doomed but hey for a half million bucks its a great speculation. i will stop back from time to time give it five years who knows. god bless and best wishes.
