****UPDATE****

Just spoke with Sam Dimka at the JDA. He said the absolute latest that PSC's would be signed and announced would be early October. BUT, when I asked him if some would be announced before then he said that obviously some will be announced before then. I told him I had heard PSC's for blocks 2,3,4 were all but done and they might be announced soon and he again said that obviously some would be announced much sooner than others. He said each PSC signing will have a Signing Ceremony to promote each block. Also, he confirmed that drilling in Block one will start in early October. He stated that by using the Block one PSC template the process will be much much quicker to get done. You can call for yourself. 011 234 9 524 1069.
