I agree. There are several things going on here.

1. There will be a full accounting of all outstanding shares. This brings a sad end to the argument regarding the short positions.

2. The price level will be @ $38 per share at todays prices and this gets the stock out of the penny market and into an arena where the large institutional investors can foster their growth and profitability of the company.

3. The large investor can help Telvue raise the capital to meet the demand for broadcast video servers and their technology services.

This is very new information for me regarding Protocol 5. It is all of the buzz in Silicon Valley. I have had several conversations with some people that live in work in this area and they all agree that this is the next wave.
