I know it is out like I said. I was referring to the old fashioned way when physicians like myself actually get the Lancet and other journals in the mail. It is always released online 1 to 2 days before we get it in the mail. Physicians and scientists will actually get it on wednesday. Call us old fashioned but most of us still read the journals when we get them in the mail on not online, lol.
