R/S is only 100 to 1 scheduled for jan 31st and Reverse Merger news is expected any day prior to the R/S. This is not your typical pinky r/s where they dump shares. This is a QB stock that has kept up with every filing and a new solid company coming in setup with a very small share structure and even smaller float.
