However, NEWS TRUMPS CHART!

Just saying....all indicators on a chart could indicate steep downtrend but PR of very solid news will reverse that in a vast majority of cases.......so I can sit here and say based on the chart we should hit support at .04 tomorrow and CBIS could role out a huge PR and instead we shoot to .25!
