Any attempt to manipulate market price will ultimately fail. It will end up wherever it wants. If someone is a short term flipper than your plan to get others to buy at higher prices is a good one. For me looking out a year or 2 it make little difference at what price Dolly buys her shares. I would advise her to buy at the best price she can.

If you believe this company is going to take off, then believe it . Dont bother trying to raise the PPS with someone else's money.
