If Dolly has $1000 to buy shares and put her bid in at .028 instead of the .03 ask. With 300k volume it would probably get filled.

That means dolly will end up with and extra 2381 shares. If we go to a dollar dolly is up another $2381 by being patient and realizing the market will take care of the PPS. Dolly should do what benefits her bank account the most and not worry about artificially proping up other peoples unrealized gains.
