Which is worse in the eyes of the SEC? Is it insider trading or is it stealing millions from a pink company and its investors through lies and deception by promising production and distribution and paid for runs but in actuallity there is really nothing accomplished except adding to the share structure and diluting shares.
I find it quite comical the back and forth on this board over a penny stock that does not even have enough going for it to remove itself from no bid.
Now that an R/S might get completed this company can go for another year or two before the SS is blown out of proportion again.
It has been two years for me and I am still awaiting placement news on product that was shipped to US Foods in Florida.
