$MDCE -Business Timeline - Medical Care Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on February 27, 2007 under the name of “Aventerra Explorations Inc.” and changed its name to “AM Oil Resources & Technology Inc.” on December 3, 2008. On September 28, 2009, the Company incorporated Medical Care Technologies Inc. for the sole purpose of effecting a name change. On October 6, 2009, the Company effected a merger with the wholly owned subsidiary and assumed the subsidiary’s name. In conjunction with the name change, the Company has also been granted a new trading symbol of MDCE.
