Less than a hour later Greenshift returned my call. Mary said that KK personally authorized the release of the O/S; it is as of this morning approximately 18,064,000. She also said that the Greenshift attorney recommended that the transfer agent not release this data and it is upon this recommendation that one needs to call Greenshift directly to obtain this information.

Now to be fair I do not make these calls or contacts my wife does, she is much more personable that I am (surprise?). Mary implied that they checked out the number of shares that we hold and that, Mary said that Kevin told her that as long as my wife calls Interwest (transfer agent) going forward, she can get the O/S count. She said that Kevin instructed Interwest to give the count to my wife when she calls.

What have I gotten myself into? And, we will see. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how responsive and professional Mary and KK were.
