Talk of hiring a spokesperson

Keep in mind finding, hiring and keeping the kind of person that would do the job many of you are describing would cost big $ and probably shares - and require a lot of CD's time to train and orient and for CD to get to a comfort level to trust the guy or gal to speak for the firm. Even then, the person wouldn't be able to speak with any authority without geo background or serious geo experience.

As a small engineering firm owner I can relate to CD's situation...

Our frustration is with Share Price and there are many reasons for its non performance. CD's presentation/sales skills are an easy mark to take the blame for SP but that is not necessarily wise or accurate. Keep in mind that adding the right body comes at a cost (higher than just salary as there are hidden hiring costs) and may not yield the results you anticipate for many months or a year. During tha time CD will be extremely distracted by the effort required to hire and orient the right person if they even exist. It will take his eye off the ball more than continuing without a new body.

We need news - news drives the SP....and the best way to do that is to keep the drills turning as efficiently and as effectively as possible....I'll take a bit more dilution and PP's at lower SP to get us through the rest of this year over adding another body and the inefficiencies that will bring... it could take that time until the person is able to be effective...I say wait six more months and if we are still frustrated I will reconsider my position. The short term SP is really not a big inlfuence to our end game other than a 10 - 20% more dilution max....the trained mouthpiece wont manipulate short term SP that much IMHO
