Taking the charge reduces their taxable revenue for this year... it's pretty simple...however if you are in hope they return to the Nasdaq...I think you are gonna be dissappointed. Take a look at the yahoo link that pkdaddy referenced a few posts back. They delisted because of the administrative cost involved in maintaining the listing...of course they were also in violation of maintaing the minimum 2.5 mil required in shareholder value.
I'm still long and will continue to hold long., but stock is not a lotta ticket and is just like every other stock in any exchange...you don't make a dime until it is sold...pick a price to sell and bag your duckets.....I'm thinkin we got .25 in it.
