FNSCQ - I have been lifting every stone for information. I have even tried to call the # listed for their contact. They definitely seem to be taking customers. As to the big increase in PPS, I cannot find any reason unless someone decided to fund the bank back onto it's feet. The tight A/s would cause this to go up very quickly. Likewise it can also go down just as fast. Hopefully any news this week will stabilize the speculation.
