Right. That was my point earlier. Stop one private offering, but feel free to start another. Nothing to get excited about.

For any newbie reading this who is trying to figure out why the mere termination of a private offering should make a stock run, it shouldn't. It is a non sequitur. In this case, it is just an excuse for a pump.
