Peer Review....

I should add to the debate of peer review that once a article is reviewed and sent back to the editor there is a possibility that the editor may "SEND BACK" the review for further clarifications.

So it is not as simple as send a peer to review a research paper and get your response back and be done with it!

Guys there are multiple steps, we just hope ACTC research is complete and thoroughly reviewed. Still ACTC will NOT know when it will be published I think? I may be wrong.
