There is no such thing. Sometimes a company will announce the amount it raised in a private offering to show that it now has the funds it needed, but since when does the mere termination of a private placement justify a press release, much less make a stock move? Besides, the Board of Directors can always change its mind and decide to begin selling a new private placement tomorrow. Why this is supposed to make the stock run escapes me.
