Do you think PPS will have a hard time moving to 0003 even after the C&D order on the mill permit is vacated?.

A clear Mill permit is the one piece of real news that I was hoping will get CGFIA out of the PPS abyss.

In my opinion if the pps stay anywhere near 0002 after the C&D on the mill permit is lifted, there can be only one rational explanation. Massive Dilution!!. Those 10 Billion plus new shares being dumped by the company.

I'm interested in hearing your and other longs take on this scenario.
