we need to resume to what was being done to secure law firms that will go after all infringers that have been using the technology within the US.

When you say "we", Who exactly are you talking about?? Seems to me, that no one here in this management team or the BOD is willing to do anything that will move this company, and that's why CLYW is where it is today.

In my opinion the only way forward is for a judge to appoint a receiver that will hire a new management team to run the company and pick a new BOD that never heard of this company in the first place. Short of that, CLYW is going nowhere, and we know this will not happen.

I say dump the whole bunch and start from scratch.
