Apple is just playing THE GAME
They are like every other vulture circling around the bk proceedings. That includes, upper management (including the board, debtors (both secured and unsecured), as well as potential big buyers trying to make huge profits and little buyers trying to pick at the pieces.
There will be big swings in the pps (percentage wise) and there will be a ton of money made, and a ton of money lost. The commons in these things are almost always worthless in the end. The funny thing will be the upper management trying to diminish the value of the company, trying to make deals with new investors that include big things for management moving forward; usually called payment for the great work they did getting the company out of bk.
It will be exciting for those that choose to play this financial game of hot potato!
