You know... I don't like your attitude... so, I have determined that I've got a dispute with you...

Why don't we settle it. Just give me 20% of everything you have... and I'll let it pass, and promise I'll be satisfied with that, and then we can go back to working together... So, let it pass... ?

And then... after you agree... I come back a year later and say... Hey, you know... I don't think that was enough ? How about you you give me another 20%... ??? We could fight about it... but it would so destructive if we did... and it would be much easier if you'd just cooperate... and give me another 20%...
