gringo, here is the story of that week in my opinion.


Aug 19 DIGENOVA goes into the office of Mr. James Owens.
DIGENOVA had a plan to extort Mr. Owens, telling OWENS to return STOCK and step down. Digenova threatened to release Mr. Owens history. Mr. Owens told DIGENOVA to go ahead and get out of his office, and told jeff to hit the road jack and dont you come back anymore.

Aug 20 DIGENOVA threats continue by saying that Mr. Owens had better step down or else..... OWENS said to DIGENOVA go ahead, not going to step down.

Aug 21 DIGENOVA has board meeting with himself in mirror, Digenova creates a new board all by his lonesome. Impossible to do as DIGENOVA was not a director.

Aug 22 DIGENOVA plus the (free stock group) go to the mat on the message boards with a smear campaign, and say Mr. Owens is a convicted Felon.

Aug 23 DIGENOVA and his son are removed from the company by the real board of directors.
