also common knowledge is that last year NHSH was to be the home of QUASAR commonshareholders.

what many commonshareholders did not know is that DIGENOVA had blessed FAVATA, HARVEY and PARKIN with the 49 million free float of NHSH.

in february 2011 DIGENOVA GAVE TO HARVEY over 7 millions shares of nhsh. at the same time DIGENOVA was trying to get QUASAR shareholders out of quasar and into a merger/swap/exchange/PP agreement, as frame of time in 2011 reveals. HARVEY IS A KNOWN QUASAR PLAYER, AND A QUASAR (QASP COMMONSHAREHOLDER) GROUP REP of the first effort to get QUASAR INTO NHSH.

in april 2011 DIGENOVA gave HARVEY and PARKIN many more millions of shares in nhsh. PARKIN was a MOD of NHSH early on, and also a group rep for quasar (qasp commonshareholders).

also, with FAVATA also involved with millions of NHSH free float shares provided by JEFF DIGENOVA, speculation is that the stage was sent for the 2011 DIGENOVA SCAM. FAVATA is by his own admission one of the biggest holders/buyers of QUASAR COMMON STOCK.
also, during the frame of time that DIGENOVA was to purchase NHS shell in DEC 2010, FAVATA was able to provide FUNDING for DIGENOVA, to the tune of $140 thousand dollars.

WITH THE STAGE SET OF HARVEY, PARKIN, and FAVATA as owners of the 49 million free float, THE SELL OFF BEGAN.

HARVEY and PARKIN have left the current scene.

FAVATA is still around, the financier, and is now chatting here and there about bringing a lawsuit ACTION against QUASAR, while in the same frame of time being part of a coup to TAKEOVER QUASAR backed by a group of qasp commonshareholders.
