Received my EnerJel order yesterday. I used it for a run today. I applied it to my leg muscles. I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much stamina it gave me, and the lack of muscle pain during and after the run. I took a shower afterwards and what I had applied reactivated! Probably due to the warm water. I'm 54 and I typically get muscle pain when I run. This stuff is for real.
