Dear Investor,

Please be assured that we were not notified about the DTCC chill prior to the Dec 9th notification. We have been sifting through all the information that we've received from counsel and independent consultants, and will make a decision on which firm and plan of action to take. We are working on updating our shareholders through our website and will put out a PR in the new year once we have more definitive answers.
