Dear Investor,

Thank you for the Christmas wishes, I hope you had an enjoyable one also. The only reason we've been able to establish is the DTC link to the SEC charges, which stated un-registered stock was issued between 2004-2008. We have reviewed all corporate records and have found no connection with these individuals or issuances of un-registered stocks between that time period. We did receive an email response from the DTCC stating they will call us with further information (this was on the 22nd- we're still waiting). We spoke with a market participant that is also trying to gather specific information so we can fix any outstanding issues.

I can assure you that based on the corporate records and shareholder list that I've personally reviewed there has been no evidence of fraud perpetrated by Therma-Med. I will continue fighting to get this lock removed and hopefully have some good news for our shareholders in 2012.
