Dear Investor,

Sorry for the delay in responding to you, I had a personal issue I had to look after last week. In regards to your questions:

1- They are the original owner of the claim are are currently transferring them to Testone. Testone will hold the claim in a subsidary numbered company until we fulfill our commitment.
2- They are a Canadian Company and I have not been granted verbal or written permission to provide further details about them
