You can't seriously say people expected a Settlement now, when they have announced a Court Hearing Scheduled this coming Monday?! Well, let me back away from that! You never know what will be posted next on here!! LOL By Monday, I expect at least one will ask when the next R/S is Scheduled. And around five will ask what the OS is and are we Diluting Yet!! And maybe the "Nice Guy" will call every one back and tell them that's what the Myriad of Charts on the internet are for! That he is busy Plucking Chickens and checking their ABS for fat content!!
