So now it is an SEC vendetta for seeking out civil actions against those that commit fraud. which is it, they fail to enforce the laws or they don't? Seems when they take action they are at fault and when they don't take action they are at fault. If only they had some *superior intelligence* on the payroll to guide them on the right and wrong times to take action.

funny that in this case JBI has admitted to trying to settle with the SEC. settling, by nature, is an admittance to the actions accused. But those are mere *facts* that get in the way of a good *conspiracy*.
