It is easier here than CS. After copying the chart image at stockcharts, go to the Ihub message box and when ready to paste it click on "image" on left side of box. The html cpntainer tags sppear with the cursor blinking in the middle. Paste it, move the cursor beyond the tags and you can submit, or continue composing.
