I have a phone call into the Nevada SOS and I am waiting for a phone call back from Mark Madedoe ( not sure of the last name spelling) he is the securities fraud investigator, I a going to ask if such a scenario can happen as to what is happening with BCIT. I am having a hard time believing that some ass can walk of the street and take control of a company for 85.00.
