Right there with ya man....that's when I got in last year as well.

Even if something significant comes out in the next couple of months I don't believe we'd have to sell right away. Not exactly sure how it works though since no one was able to answer my question regarding how a settlement would effect shareholders directly.

If there is a cash settlement and no continuation of 'the bank' then I don't believe the shares would continue to trade would they? (for a bank that no longer exists)
