Question-Anyone checking volatility(IV vs. HV) before buying a put or call option? Correct me if I'm wrong on the following---
1. The price of an option is a better deal when the IV is below the HV
2. Buying an option when the IV is closer to its 52 week low is giving you a better price on the option.

Finally, I know where to find the data on this but I do not know of any free site that offers data on the options premium discount chart or range.
