Just the same rumors that a BNE and Treaty merger could be a possibility. We all know Belize wants a refinery and with a possible merger with BNE it would make perfect sense that Treaty could be the company to build and run the refinery. If just one of those things happen I believe we are now talking about an $8 stock.
