What do you mean "in writing"? Like certified mail? I emailed them and asked for the share structure and they referred me directly to Glover.

Nice move by FLRE today and nice recovery from the low. Definitely could move higher with some pressure.

I think its impossible that the float is equal to the O/S. There have been shares converted since the big sell off last year. There is no way all of those shares have made it into the market IMO.
