That is how USSE started. They purchased La Forza, a company I owned...and so the story began. However, I still maintain that IF..it is all bogus, then the past president, whose name escapes me, should also be up on charges for fraud. He talked up the company in news releases, too, as did J R.
And...if there is no substance to a publicly traded company, why would it trade? Just for the sake of another company being able to shortcut the ability to trade?
IF...it is all bogus, they will be unable and have been unable to report anything.
